What does Driven2 Solutions actually do?
We help people figure out what to do with a property when the answer is not obvious. That starts with understanding the situation — the property, the family, the timeline, and the constraints — and then identifying which options are realistically available. Sometimes that leads to a sale. Often it leads to a plan, a resource, or a referral instead.
Do I have to know what I want before I call?
No. Most people who contact us do not know yet. Determining the right path is the work, not the prerequisite. You can call with nothing more than a property and a problem.
Are you buying my house?
A direct purchase is one of several tools we have, not our business model. It is only appropriate in certain situations, and we will tell you plainly when it is not the best option for you.
Do I have to sell the property to work with you?
No. Many conversations never involve a sale. Some families need cleanout coordination, relocation help, a referral to an attorney, or simply a clearer picture of their choices.
Can you help with a probate or inherited property?
Yes. We coordinate property-related next steps during probate or estate administration and work alongside the qualified legal, tax, and estate professionals involved.
Can I sell without making repairs?
Depending on the property and the situation, an as-is sale may be available — no required repairs, no staging, no repeated showings. We will walk you through what that would actually look like for your property, including what it costs you compared with other paths.
What does a Property Options Conversation cost?
Nothing. It is a conversation about your situation and the paths available to you. Costs only enter the picture once you have selected a direction, and every cost is explained clearly before anything moves forward.
Are you attorneys or tax professionals?
No. Driven2 Solutions provides practical property and transition guidance but does not provide legal or tax advice. When those questions arise, we connect you with qualified attorneys and tax professionals from our network.

We serve Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, and Hampton in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and the surrounding communities.
